How excited are you about the Super Bowl?! My brother lives in Manhattan and my dad is flying out so they can go! I'm so excited for them!

They are going to freeze their butts off...

    @Lelo2006--Hey lady! I am beyond excited as is pretty much everyone in the state :) I was a senior in HS the last time they went, so its long overdue! how amazing that your dad and brother get to go!! Once in a lifetime event, for sure! The couple that has season tix next to us got their names drawn in the lottery so they are going too, and my friend and her H are also going to try to find tix and go--she sent out a mass text saying "anyone else want to go?" I busted out laughing--not when the tickets alone would cost us two months' daycare! :) we are just going to have a fun party instead, pizza, beer, and I am going to attempt to make navy blue and orange cupcakes! GO BRONCOS! :)

    They got really lucky because our family friend has season tickets (my parents also got to go to the afc championship!) in the skybox, and they also made it into the lottery. My brother was able to buy the tickets at face value! It's still definitely not cheap, but probably $5k less than a broker would charge!

    Your party sounds way more fantastic than sitting in a freezing cold stadium where you can't hear yourself think. Go Broncos!!! :)
