Cranky Baby After Plane Ride...Help!!!

We just came back from the freezing Michigan on Sunday. My four month old was absolutely perfect the whole trip...always bundled too! Well the minute we got home he's been soooo cranky! He'll only be somewhat content if we hold him on his side and only on his right side. Before he would just fall asleep laying on his back. He's normally such a chill and content baby so this is just throwing me off. I feel like he may be teething or possibly the pressure of the plane is messing with his ears? I didn't have this problem when I took my oldest son on a plane when he was an infant, so I'm just curious if anyone has experienced this?

I'm taking him to the docs later today...just to make sure it's nothing serious with his ears.

    same thing happened to us when we returned from a cross country trip over Christmas with our then 3 1/2 month old.  He ended up wth an ear infection and was a hot mess for a week.  Then he caught my cold, so he's been a phlegmy mess.  Poor thing!  Hope your LO gets better

    Was just going to say 4 month sleep regression? They get awfully fussy around 4 months!  Check for ear infection of course.
