So I've been having a little debate with my TB friend @freakyfast about testing after transfer. 


If you don't mind sharing: 


What day was your xfer? 
How many embies did you xfer?
(If you know) Is this a single or multiple pregnancy?
Did you test out your trigger?
If no to the above- what DPT did you *start* testing? 
What DPT did you get an official positive?

    IVF October 2012: 22 eggs retrieved, 17 fertilized, 5 frozen
    ET #1: 1 blast = BFP; Blighted ovum discovered at 7w5d; D&E
    FET #1: 1 blast = BFP; Missed m/c discovered at 9w5d; D&E
    Karyotyping: normal ~ RPL Testing: normal ~ Hysteroscopy: normal
    FET #2: 1 blast transferred 10/25; BFP 10/31!
    EDD 7/13/14 ~ Induced at 37w4d due to pre-eclampsia ~ Born on 6/28/14

    June 20, 2013-2 embies-was multiple but now is single-no trigger-started testing 4 days after and got a positive 4 days after...FET. Previous fresh transfer also resulted in bfp after transferring 2 blasts and I didn't test until 9 days later.

    Did you test out your trigger? No trigger, FET.
    If no to the above- what DPT did you *start* testing? Waited til beta for this cycle. With my fresh cycle I got a evap line 7dp5dt which ended up as an ectopic.
    What DPT did you get an official positive? Waited til beta which was 10dp5dt.

    Hi @Mrs Castillo & @freakyfast!!! I miss you ladies & your antics.

    1. I had a 5 day transfer on Nov 15th.
    2. I transferred one beautiful 6AA embir
    3. Mine is a singleton
    4. I didn't test my trigger b/c it was a FET
    5. I tested 11/21, 6dpt
    6. I got my BFP 6dpt
    7. FET

    I'm rooting for you both. Good luck!!!

    Did you test out your trigger? No, but I did a FET so wasn't applicable. I tested it out for all my IUIs so I probably would have.
    If no to the above- what DPT did you *start* testing?  I started at what I thought was 4dp5dt but was actually 4dp6dt

    What day was your xfer? 3 day transfer. My clinic tries to only do 3DTs.

    How many embies did you xfer? 3. 1 was 5 cell grade A, and 2 were 6 cell grade B.

    (If you know) Is this a single or multiple pregnancy? Singleton

    Did you test out your trigger? Yes, about 8 days after transfer

    What DPT did you get an official positive?  If I remember correctly, I got a faint positive at 9 or 10 days past transfer

    Was your BFP from a fresh or FET cycle? Fresh

    Me: 34 - low ovarian reserve
    DH: 40 - no issues  

    3 failed IUI's 

    IVF #1 3/12 - 13 eggs, 9 fertilized,  2 transferred (1 grade 2 blast, 1 early blast), no frosties, 3/30/12 - 9dp5dt spotting, BFNs

    IVF #2. 7/12 - 18 days of stims, 3 mature eggs, 3 fertilized (ICSI), 3 transferred (9, 8, 7 cell) on day 3.  First beta - 8/21/12 = 105, beta #2 - 8/23/12 = 268, beta #3 - 8/30/12 = 2,352. 2nd u/s - 9/4/12. Baby Boy born 5/1/2013.

    IVF #3 Now (12/13). AMH is very low - 0.19. ER (12/5) 12 eggs, 10 mature, 7 fertilized using ICSI. 3 transferred (8,8,8 cell - all grade 2) on day 3. First beta - 12/21/13 = 126, beta #2 - 12/23/13 = 400, beta #3 - na (office was closed for new year's). First sonogram - TWINS aka OMG! -

    (If you know) Is this a single or multiple pregnancy? Mono-di twins. RE guess was that the hatching blast split.

    Did you test out your trigger? No

    If no to the above- what DPT did you *start* testing? Maybe 5dp5dt

    What DPT did you get an official positive? I only got negatives at home. My beta was 9dp5dt. I was shocked when they called to tell me it was positive. It was 75. The next day my wondo was a light positive.

    This was an Fresh cycle.

    FYI - my first IVF (that ended in a miscarriage), I transferred 1 embryo on day 5. I also got a BFP on 5dp5dt.

    If no to the above- what DPT did you *start* testing? Tested 5dp5dt, may have been a light positive OR evaporation line. Tested again 8dpt and was a definite positive.
    What DPT did you get an official positive? 8 on HPT, 11 was first beta
    Was your BFP from a fresh or FET cycle? Fresh
    Me (31) - PCOS with insulin resistance

    4 rounds of Clomid = no response
    IVF # 1 - ET (1 3AA, 4 frosties): 12/22 = BFP

    5dt of a fresh cycle, 2 embies that both stuck. Didn't test out trigger or test before beta. I did test day after beta at 10dpt tho

    Did you test out your trigger? n/a - my cycle was FET so no trigger
    If no to the above- what DPT did you *start* testing? 3dp6dt at night because I had been feeling what I thought was implantation cramping for over 24 hours....couldn't see the line then, but now (yes, I still have it) there is a super squinter
    What DPT did you get an official positive? FMU of 4dp6dt 2nd line was light but not what I would call a squinter (beta wasn't until 9dp6dt, and my beta that day was 109)
    **Was your BFP from a fresh or FET cycle? FET, but we weren't allowed to do fresh because of my PCOS/OHSS.  This was our very first IVF cycle and it worked!

    What DPT did you get an official positive? Faint + started showing at 4dp3dt but was obviously positive at 7dp, told DH at 9dp, positive beta at 10dp, digital test at 12dp

    **Was your BFP from a fresh or FET cycle?  - Fresh transfer.  Of 30+ eggs retrieved & 3 IVF cycles, only 1 ever made it too freeze - hopefully will be the little sibling of LO.
