  DS is in kindy and gets about an hour a week, split up into 2 30 minute sessions. DS works on fine motor, like gripping a pencil, and gross motor like exercises that challenge his core, jumping, learning to walk heel first instead of on his toes. It's almost like a modified gym class. We should be doing private therapy as well, I'm waiting to get a recommendation from our pedi on where to go now that we're in school (before he was getting it from his preschool OT).

  It depends on where she's behind. We do private OT, but if we were able to get services through the school, they'd probably work on fine motor and writing. We do vestibular, motor planning, and fine motor with our private OT.

  DS gets 1.5 hours a month. It's primarily fine motor writing. Although she has worked with him on the play ground. When he did private OT in was more for sensory issues and motor planning.

  I think it depends.  our school only focuses on school-related things, so they are working on tasks such as taking his coat/backpack on/off, using the bathroom independently (zipping, washing hands), fine motor skills (writing, cutting).  They do not do sensory issues work and we are getting outpatient work for that.
