  I don't think the routines and daily life are much different than with 2 (the baby+toddler stage). It just takes a little bit longer to get out the door with 3.

  I am a full time working mom with 3 kids and plan to with our 4th. I am taking a one year leave sabbatical as of Feb 20th  But I am going back.
