im
on CD75. this is my first cycle temping. i have redicuolousy wacky
temps.. which i have learned since ive started temping all the tips n
tricks (same time every morning, after 3 hours of sleep ect) and i plan
on vaginal temping next cycle cause i may be a mouth breather. FF gave
me solid CH on cd 52 which makes me 23DPO right now so clearly they are
wrong. (and now they are dotted CH)
any who.. i know i need to call my doctor and see about provera.. which i have taken before, over 5 years ago.. my old gyne gave it to me after not having my period for 8 months and then i started BCPs. anyways.. i was only 18 or 19 and my naive self never asked any questions about it i just took it.. it worked fine and that was that.
so basically since im past CD60 i know i need to call my dr but do you ladies have any suggestions or advice? provera? metformin? i have PCOS and ive heard about metformin.. i am not overweight so i dont know if that makes a difference when it comes to if metformin helps or not. or any other options i have?
thanks in advance and here is a little modern family gif for your pleasure. (or maybe mine)
cam is my favorite! i love this show!

This is all just how I would personally proceed, so you can take it or leave it. I'm not sure if the fact that you have an existing diagnosis changes anything. I think I'd still take Provera and temp at least one more cycle before doing anything else though.
Good luck! I'm sorry you have to take Provera. I hope you can get started on your next cycle ASAP.
As someone with PCOS, I also have pretty erratic temps, especially if I am no where near O.
@lebradford thanks! I think I will probably go down the provera/temping route for the time being.. We are "NTNP" so we aren't rushing anything and I definitely want to temp a few cycles before seeing a RE. Thanks for the advice!
