I am going to meet DH at the mall for lunch. The reason I agreed to go: K and I have shopping to do. Window shopping that is. But it is nice enough to go out before the frigid temps get back.
I'm sorta glad that the party this weekend was changed and we aren't going. I will find out the sex of their baby on Facebook anyway, dont need a party to do it. They already have 3 kids anyway...
Some friends are coming over tonight that we haven't seen since my LO was born...they are often flaky and cancel at the last minute so I'm not holding my breath...i really hate people like that. They cancelled on our last planned gtg the night before at 11pm in a text. Dumb.
FFFC: I tried to toss a (ball pit-type) ball over LO's head while he was standing in his playpen, but I missed and hit him in the forehead X_X He laughed, but I still felt terrible.
UO: I think busy bags are dumb, but my mom's group is all about them. Sorry, I don't want a million little baggies full of crap from your junk drawer.
The NST was first - baby was high and transverse. Head to the right, feet to the left. Towards the end, LO started squirming and we had to chase the heartbeat.
Then the U/S. Baby was breech. Head up, feet and bum down - down low.
So 2 weeks ago I only got to see a skull and a foot. This time I saw a bit of the face...and the spine.
This has been my easiest, most comfortable pregnancy, with the most difficult, disagreeable kid.
Pinterest is full of them. It's basically a simple activity ready to go, to help keep your kid busy and entertained. Each mom makes multiples of one type of bag, then we swap so each kid has lots of different ones. In theory, it sounds cool. In my experience, you end up with ten bags of paper clips and pipe cleaners.
My UO is the Super Bowl is taking place a few min from my home and I couldn't care less. We won't be able to leave our local area next weekend because it will be a shit show !
