Pain in abdomen and pelvic area

Hi All,I am 20w and just had a normal anatomy scan ,Triple and an ultrasound after I saw some spotting...I m having pain in my pelvic region since 3-4 days and doc prescribed me a painkiller but it did not help much..Also I feel little pain in my stomach if I move,getup,sit down..Is it due to uterus expanding,something others also feel or do I have a special problem?...I m planning to see the doc again if it doesn subside by tomorrow!!....I do not have any spotting or bleeding since tuesday after I look complete rest and off from office!!

    My stomach gets really tight and sometimes very painful sometimes when I'm getting up and down. Its usually the area all the way across my hips up to my belly button. Then my right side gets that way sometimes too but that has more to do with baby favoring that side lol!

    Is it round ligament pain?  It sounds like it is in a different area from the round ligament pain, but that's definitely something you can feel from certain movements.
