raw spot on back of head

My LO will move his head back and forth as he gets settled in to sleep. This has made a semi raw bald spot on the back of his head. Any suggestion or do I just not worry about it and it will heal after he can move all around?

    My LO does this when he is on my chest.  His cheek stays rough.  I try and keep it coated with Aquiphor.  You could possibly do the same.  Just make sure the area is clean and dry first.  Just keep putting it on there.

    Raw how? A bald spot is completely normal but not sure about it being raw?

    Raw? Bald is normal and it will grow back as he get spends more time on his tummy.

    It gets red, but then again he is pretty pale. I guess it is bald with some dry skin sometimes. I just started putting Aquaphor on it after baths.
