Appt: Anatomy scan on Tuesday. Very nervcited!
GTKY: Figure skating, duh. I loved the 90s drama!

  • Weeks/fruit:  22 weeks/papaya

How are you feeling?  Tons of pelvic/hip pain over the past week... isn't it too early for this nonsense?  I went to the chiro for the first time yesterday so hopefully I'll get some relief soon.

Upcoming appointments?  Regular monthly check-up on Monday; chiropractor again this afternoon (adjustment AND massage, so excited!)

Questions?  Does anyone suffer from SPD?  I'm thinking that's what's causing all my pain but I'm not sure how to go about getting an official "diagnosis"

GTKY: Favorite sport in the Winter Olympics?  I'm boring - figure skating

  • @amoot890 Sounds like normal stretching to me, but if you're concerned, ask your OB.
  • Weeks/fruit: 21/pomegranate

How are you feeling? Can't complain! (Well, a little tired. Ok very tired).

Upcoming appointments? Just had a checkup today, LO kicked the doppler and I both heard and felt it at the same time. Pretty cool

    Questions? Nope

GTKY: Favorite sport in the Winter Olympics? Figure skating as well...

Feeling very tired still. and nervous. and tired of people and their bs.
I have an appointment with my ob on Tuesday-it's our weekly date. And the following Wednesday (not next Wednesday) I have my big u/s with the MFM. Which I am super nervous about.
    Questions-no. I'm lame
Favorite Winter Olympic sport...none really. I loved the Olympics when I was little but I think the every two years or whatever they do now kind of killed it for me. And then when that guy died at the last Olympics in winter really upset me.

How are you feeling? - fantastic after great news at my f/up ultrasound this week. Kinda tired, ridiculous heart burn and acid reflux.
Upcoming appointments? Nothing until 2/13, for the dreaded glucose test.
    Questions? Nope!
GTKY: Favorite sport in the Winter Olympics? Maybe figure skating? Though I'm not sure how exciting it'll be if Russia isn't into the gays - the world of figure skating will collapse!!

LilNunz1 - damn - what drama did I miss? I was offline all day today!

mrsdbc - YES - but it could be the sub-zero temps this week too...

    Savvy122 - Nope, sorry!

amoot890 - sounds like round ligament to me. I get it when I've worked out too hard, or spent too much time walking, etc. Tends to go away if I can manage to kick my feet up and relax for a bit!

How are you feeling? Much better and it's finally easy to eat healthy and work out again (full disclosure: I had McDonalds and cupcakes tonight). I feel her in there daily, which makes me feel pretty awestruck.
    Upcoming appointments? 2/7
Questions? None this week, but it's only a matter of time
GTKY: Favorite sport in the Winter Olympics? Luge, Slalom, and snowboarding; curling (if I have insomnia)

    Weeks/fruit: 19 weeks, Mango.
How are you feeling? Heartburn, calf cramps, and the last two days ms came back. I've been feeling lots of movement though, so that's been a great distraction. DH starts a new job Feb, working up on the north slope (we live in Alaska). He'll be up there a few weeks at a time, and then off a couple weeks at a time. I've been very anxious about him leaving, but we talked about it a lot before he applied. It's a really good opportunity for our family, I'm just going to miss him a lot.
Upcoming appointments? A/S and follow up on Tues!
Questions? Anyone else have a hubby that works out of town?
GTKY: Favorite sport in the Winter Olympics? Luge.

How are you feeling? - H felt Viviana move for the first time 2 nights ago.  That was amazing.  I'm feeling her every day, which is great.  I also have been able to do more physically without cramping - I walked for 3 hours at the zoo yesterday, with a lot of picking up Lucia, and I didn't even cramp afterwards!!  So I'm hoping that's a good sign that the placenta has moved.
Upcoming appointments? Anatomy scan next Friday.  I'm counting down the minutes.  I want to know that her heart is okay, and to see if I still have placenta previa.
    Questions? None
GTKY: Favorite sport in the Winter Olympics? Figure skating I guess

@mayjaybird, I don't, but a friend from my other BMB has a husband who is an arborist. During storms, he can be gone for several weeks at a time. He had to miss Christams this year :( it's tough sometimes, but they make it work. It's great that he found a good job! Will you at least be able to talk daily? It's also SO COOL that you live in Alaska!

  • Thanks for the encouragement @Lilnunz1

We will be able to talk everyday, which is going to help a lot.

Alaska is a unique place to live :) We love to be outside, and it's a great place to do things like hike, camp, fish, and kayak. Winter's are a little rough, but this year we've actually been one of the warmer states ironically.
