Prominent bowel/echogenic bowel

Hi ladies,
I know I haven't been active lately, but I'm here to ask for some help...
Has anyone here had a LO with prominent bowel loops, or echogenic bowel? I just had my 20 wk US and all looked perfect and healthy besides this finding on the bowel. The dr. gave me a few different scenarios, but we won't know until the bloodwork and additional testing is back. I am freaking out to say the least. It could be a sign of nothing, which she said is "most cases."
If anyone has any experience or knows of someone who did, please let me know. Thanks so much. Please keep LO in your T&Ps.
