Yesterday:
B: Toast with peanut butter
L: A buffalo chicken wrap with grilled chicken (but also blue cheese dressing

) and a few bites of cottage cheese

2 biscuits, broccoli, and a few bites of hamburger helper (don't really like hamburger helper, but the hubs' mom made it, so I ate a few bites and discretely threw the rest away...).
E: none. Got my hair done last night, and since I've been told it's best not to wash it for 24 hours I didn't want to get it all sweaty.
So not a great day but not horrible.
