Trying to Get Pregnant

Daily Food/Exercise Checkin 1/24

Yesterday:
B: Toast with peanut butter
L: A buffalo chicken wrap with grilled chicken (but also blue cheese dressing :/) and a few bites of cottage cheese
D: 2 biscuits, broccoli, and a few bites of hamburger helper (don't really like hamburger helper, but the hubs' mom made it, so I ate a few bites and discretely threw the rest away...).
E: none. Got my hair done last night, and since I've been told it's best not to wash it for 24 hours I didn't want to get it all sweaty.

So not a great day but not horrible.

    B: Kale smoothie (kale, spinach, mixed sweet peppers, apple, pear, banana, carrot)

    L: Mixed greens with black beans, corn, avocado on top

    S: Almonds, Probiotic drink, Blueberries/Raspberries/Blackberries

    D: Chicken with garlic, onion, and swiss chard seasoned with lemon juice and black pepper with a side of zucchini

    E:  Hour of yoga
