Breastfeeding for 9+ mo. now with preg symptoms and negative tests

Hi!
I have a wonderful daughter who is 9.5 months old. She is still breastfed at least 6 times a day with other solid food at least three times. The last few weeks I have been experiencing nausea (especially with lettuce which is consistent with my previous pregnancy), mild headaches, excessive thirst, a week long period of excruciating nipple pain, and periods of weakness and fatigue. I took three pregnancy tests (one was invalid) and they were negative. I have never had regular menstrual cycles and did have a period in October but not since. Any thoughts or suggestions??

    I got pregnant with my twins while breastfeeding. Maybe test in a week or two to be sure.

    When did you have the nipple pain? I've had 2 periods since late November and for both, I had terrible nipple pain while nursing LO, about 1-1.5 weeks prior to starting my period. All of your other symptoms sound like normal day to day for me, lol. Normally, HcG high enough for symptoms would turn a pregnancy test positive.
