Medela Hands Free Bustier-Help?

So I'm just now using the Medela Hands Free Bustier. It works great and getting it on is no problem, but I'm at a loss on taking it off without spilling milk everywhere.

The milk that's sitting in the flanges is the problem since you have to disconnect the flanges from the bottles to get out of the bustier. Anyone have techniques they use to avoid soaking your lap?

Lean forward, pop the flanges off your boobs a bit and shake them into the bottle. You'll still get some drips but not lose as much as you are now.

This is what I do. It helps to not spill.
