If you buy your LO a Leap Frog tablet, and your LO breaks it, Leap Frog will replace it for free once.  Their policy covering child inflicted damage isn't well known, so I thought I'd share.

My DS1 shattered the touch screen on his Leap Pad2.  DH nearly threw it out, but I called Leap Frog.  They sent me an e-mail asking for some info and a pic of the tablet.  I sent it to them on Saturday.  The brand new tablet came today.  I am so amazed with their customer service.

    Zulily also has similar amazing customer service. We bought a big cog/gears wall clock that had two clock faces. When our arrived there was only one and a hole where the other one should have been. We called and since they didn't have another available they refunded us, gave us a credit and will email us when they have more available. Impressive.
