Sorry PW: what to get for friend with IF?

DH and i are having dinner with a friend and her DH who are dealing with some IF issues. she just started going to see a specialist after 5 failed Clomid cycles (unmonitored, ugh - i tried to change her mind on that but had to let it go) and a 6th that was successful but ended in early miscarriage. she's a very sweet person and i consider her a good friend. she does know about our surprise BFP after i emailed her last week - she called me immediately and congratulated me, and did admit that she cried (I felt horrible) but was happy for us. I really would like to do a little something for her, just to let her know we're thinking of her and rooting for them. any ideas on something small i could get her? i guess like an IF gift...weird, i know.

    Oh man this is tough. I can't get passed the 6 unmonitored cycles using clomid! That is really bad. There is a lifetime limit on clomid. I know you asked about a gift but someone has to advise her it's super unsafe and she needs to be monitored on it. I hope she will not be using that drug anymore and goes to a better RE. Sounds like you have told her but gosh send her to our board!!!! I feel bad she is wasting her time and being usafe. Anywho...now off the tangent. I would get her some sweets and a gift cert for a pedi. That would be a perfect gift to me.

    Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born. 

    6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived

    10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP

    A massage gift certificate would be awesome! Or something to treat herself with. Whatever she's into, magazines, kindle gift card, something just for her.
    See, this is where we need those buttons! You could give her the secret IF button!

    IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
    IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!

    Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
    Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!

    My co-worker started treatments a few months after we did.  I gave her a few pairs of cute socks and included a note wishing her luck.  I explained that her feet should look cute since they'll be up in the air so much.  It was definitely inspired by TB sock exchanges.  She loved it and came over to thank me with tears in her eyes... that might have been the hormones talking though ;)

    Maybe socks and some fun nail polish, if you're thinking of something small.  Some words of encouragement is probably the most helpful.

    Can't figure out the signature thing, so here's the short, short version.....first daughter born on November 10, 2013. She was conceived through the magic of IVF after 2+ years of TTC.
