Daycare prep

My 5 week old cries when I put her down. I don't want her to have to be held all the time. I go back in 5 weeks. Any suggestions to help prepare.

That is very common for 5 week olds. Your baby will most likely be a completely different baby in 5 weeks. I wouldn't worry about it now and just hold and love on your baby.

Also I know in our infant room unless the teacher is very busy they tend to get baby involved in an activity or comfort baby as much as possible. I know for my LO we try 5 min increments on bouncy chair, swing, playmat and I'm there talking to him the while time. But yeah in 5 weeks baby will be different.
