For better sleep (pre or postbaby), keep the bed for sleep and sex only.
Don’t do work on your bed, like responding to emails with your laptop or paying your bills. Your body needs to know that your bed is for resting, so you need to train it to think that way.
What activities were you doing in bed that you gave (or will give) up to get better sleep?

we are terrible!!! we watch TV in bed,,, sometimes I blog--it's become a place just like the couch! our sex life is awful right now,,,,, wonder why!? ha!
but I need more than sex & sleep in a bed for sex to happen! I need better dates & him to show me that he knows I exist, he thinks I might have sonething interesting to say, and he is curious about me & my mind!!!
now ill never sleep just pondering it all!
I do too many exclamation points ,,, I know. ... !!!
