Daily Food/Exercise Checkin 1/23

Yesterday:
B: Starbucks skinny vanilla latte and a reduced fat turkey bacon breakfast sandwich
L: steak salad
D: steak, cheesy potatoes, green beans, and a side salad
E: 45 minutes of bata barre (I skipped the abs because I hate abs. I need to work on that)

  • Oh boy did I blow it last night, but it was SO worth it

    B: Nothing - I was running so late that I had zero time, I know this is what messed me up for the day

    L: Leftover quinoa and boiled beets, yellow/purple/orange/red cherry tomatoes

    S: Almonds, Blueberries/Raspberries/Blackberries,  Craisins, Probiotic drink

    D: 3 slices of philly steak & pepper pizza, a lot of M&Ms and a glass of wine

    E: Up and down off the couch to get more M&Ms

    @KrissyLeighN Sometimes you just need a fatty night. I've actually read that it is good to have one high calorie day once a week so that you don't plateau. So really, you didn't blow it, you actually helped your diet :)
