B: Starbucks skinny vanilla latte and a reduced fat turkey bacon breakfast sandwich
L: steak salad

 steak, cheesy potatoes, green beans, and a side salad
E: 45 minutes of bata barre (I skipped the abs because I hate abs. I need to work on that)

Oh boy did I blow it last night, but it was SO worth it
B: Nothing - I was running so late that I had zero time, I know this is what messed me up for the day
L: Leftover quinoa and boiled beets, yellow/purple/orange/red cherry tomatoes
S: Almonds, Blueberries/Raspberries/Blackberries, Craisins, Probiotic drink
E: Up and down off the couch to get more M&Ms
