Don’t talk about baby on the way or call your partner “Mommy” or “Daddy” for an entire day. Use first names (or your favorite pet name – we won’t judge, schmoopies). This will be harder than it seems, but it’s important to remain a couple and not just parents and parents-to-be. You’re still the couple you used to be and calling each other by your real names will remind the two of you that you’re more than parents. -- Emma K. Do you call your partner “mommy” or “daddy?” What’s your pet name for your partner?
