Which physician to ask?

Hi, I'm usually on the third trimester board but thought that you ladies might know the answer to my breast pump question? Excuse me if this is an obvious question, but I am from the UK, where you basically just have one doctor for everything! I now live here in the US and I will be getting a Medela breast pump through my insurance (lucky -I know) but the provider wants me to get a prescription from my physician. I am unable to get hold of ANYONE via phone over there, it's all very automated/voice activated and the system cannot understand what options I am asking for (my British accent I guess!) So my question is which physician should I be asking for a prescription? My OBGYN, family doctor, (who I have met once) or pediatrician (who we don't have yet) ? I just thought if someone knew it would save me calling all three and getting more confused! Thanks!
