total pumping fail!!

OK, normally I don't bump during the day at all, because with my new schedule I can't afford the distraction but I had to cry!!! During my first pumping sesh this morning I finished with a full pumped amount which was amazing, considering I've been down with the stomach flu for 2 days and haven't been able to keep much food down- so I'm finally feeling an eensy bit better- and as soon as I unscrewed the bottle from the housing- I dropped it because I'm miss post sick clumsy fingers. 3oz totally down the drain!! ruined my day and I can't stop thinking about it!! I total failed. I've never spilled this much before. Thankfully I still saved some, but I can't believe I did it. FML and understand how crying over spilled milk the saying came to be. PS: cleaning breastmilk off a conference room table is totally weird. I'm not entirely unsure it won't smell like breastmilk in there later- and I'm hoping the table isn't sticky but I didn't have time to check before the next meeting happened in there. We have no area to pump that I find acceptable so I use conference rooms. I consider it meeting with myself.

That sucks! I spilled an oz on my CEO's desk when I was pumping with Lucas. I'm an over-producer and I still cried about that oz.

Oh I'm sorry! That's awful. I know that feeling and it's terrible. It won't be easy but Try to put it behind you. Nothing you can do about it now. Hope your day gets better ((stranger hug))

Ugh. That's the worst. I know how you feel. Try not to dwell on it too much. (Easier said than done, right?)

I'm also a conference room pumper and pretty sure it smells like breast milk, even though I haven't totally spilled one. There have been drops here and there, especially on the carpet. Oopsie.
