(NBR) right ovary double normal size

Wondering if anyone else has had this and what the outcome was. I had my well womans exam today and my ovary is double the size it should be. I went to the doc about 8 months ago for pain in that general area and it was big then, but dr thought it was just due to a cyst.

I have to get an ultrasound in two weeks to see what's going on. He said it could be nothing but he wants to take a look. We are trying for baby #2 and now I'm a little freaked out and worried. Anyone else have something similar???

@ChickenOnSunday after about a month after my appointment I wasn't experiencing pain anymore. I figured it was just a cyst too and didn't really think that much about it till today.
