Nurses, Teachers, Retail, etc....How are you coping? Im due late March and honestly I could be done now if I could afford to. Weekends at home I seem to be fine, but work is sheer misery. I'm a dental hygienist who sees about 10 patients a day. Up and down from a chair, cleaning rooms, twisting and turning all day long. I feel guilty from the amount of Tylenol I take just to make it though the work day. Anywho...it's barable right now, but I don't see myself lasting until my due date like I hoped. I'm really just bitching, even though I missed Monday, but I would love to hear how everyone else's work days treat them.
Re: Ladies with active jobs, lets hear it...
RIP Dr. Irving Fishman - 10/1/19-7/25/10 - thank you for holding on for me.
You made my wedding day complete.
On the plus side, my blood pressure and swelling are much better on weekends and are bad during the week.

I teach 1st and by the time I get home, my legs and feet are swollen and I'm tired & uncomfortable. I'm 33wks this Thursday and I've already hit waddle mode. I'm also getting BH contractions often so I'm plopping myself down anywhere I can and drinking as much as possible. It's tough though because at 6/7 years old (and having an inclusion class) I'm constantly on my feet, helping kiddos. I try to sit and teach when possible but it doesn't work out so well.
I'm hoping to make it until baby comes...but I'm wondering how that's going to happen!
Yesterday we had a code- shit hit the fan because somehow our code cart didn't have everything in it- guess who was running to get an intubation box from another floor? Yep- have you seen a pregnant lady run- hahahahhaa ( the guy pulled through too )
Married : ** 09/09/2011 ** BFP : 07-18-13 ** Baby #1 is a GIRL , Born 03/12/14 **
** BFP 2 : 01- 05-15 ** EDD 09-11-15 **
Run girl run! Codes are the worst and it seems like we have been having so many more lately. Those days I crawl to my bed after work!
At this point I plan on working up until 38 weeks. Im only allowed the 12 weeks, otherwise I'd go out earlier!!

I work a cardiac step down unit so codes happen on a regular basis. I miss doing CPR but that's one thing I literally can't physically do at this point
