So, I've got these Normal Rockwell prints framed in DS's room and one of them is sitting up on a high shelf over his dresser. It's been there for months and only moved on the rare occasion that I dust. Monday night, out of no where, the picture came crashing down - shattering all over the floor and scaring the bejeezus out of DS. He's referenced it a few times since then, but I figured it was pretty much forgotten...
Until tonight, when we were brushing his teeth before bed, he all of a sudden starts telling me about the boy in his room knocking the picture down. Upon questioning him (because I initially had no clue what he was talking about) he told me that there's a "big blue boy" who stands in the middle of his floor and throws a "stripy ball" at the shelf to knock things off. I later had him tell H about it and he told the exact same story, details unchanged. Freaked both of us right out! I feel a little guilty leaving him in there by himself... I actually left his door open a little more than usual tonight haha.

These stories are freaky though. It reminds me of a buzzfeed article that was passed around a few months ago with freaky things that kids had said. Anyone know what I'm referring to?
Don't know if this is true everywhere, but in California they must tell you if (and how) anyone died in a house in the past three years when you buy it. We bought our house from an elderly man whose wife died in the house. I was initially a bit freaked out by the idea until my aunt pointed out that it's nicer for someone to pass away comfortably at home than in a hospital. That actually made me feel okay about it.
I've got some stories.
