I found out today that my Uncle passed away. He had been battling lung cancer for about 2 years and was having liver problems as well. Please keep my Aunt and their family in your prayers. Also when my mom called and told me about my uncle she told me that at my Grandmas appointment yesterday they found out her cancer treatments are no longer working. It sounds like they are just going to make sure she is comfortable. She has one more scan to see if the tumors are growing and if they are then they are for sure stoping treatment. I don't know if I can afford to fly home for 2 funerals but I kinda want to visit my grandma again. She may live a lot longer than the doctors think but they don't promise us much time. I would be devastated if I can't see her again before she goes but heartbroken if I can't go to her funeral. She hasn't met my LO yet either and I really want her to.
