...be held in her favorite falling asleep position. She likes to be on her side across my stomach with her head in my elbow and her legs wrapped around the other side. Now that she's getting longer though, her feet dangle down to the couch and she gets frustrated and kicks the couch. It makes me a bit sad bc she's loved being held like this since she was born (plus it was always my go to to get her to sleep!)

What's your LO getting too big to do?

Another swaddler here. She breaks right out of it. Switching her clothing sizes out is kind of heartbreaking too. They grow so fast.

Bathtime in the sink. He is now starting to kick up a storm in there!! I love our sink bath times and will be sad to put him in the big bath. :-(

Sit in her RnP. I had her in there while I was making dinner last night and I turned my back to stir something on the stove, when I looked back at her she had flipped on her stomach. She refuses to lie on her back these days now that she knows how to roll herself.

My guy is getting too big for his baby tub, he goes crazy in there and everything (including me) ends up soaked.

He's also been too big for the MamaRoo for a few weeks now. He just won't tolerate it anymore!

Too big to carry around in the car seat. My arm falls asleep whenever I have to carry him in it and I've got bruises on my thighs from hoisting that thing up the stairs. But it's way to cold to carry him to and from the car without putting him in the car seat first.

Another swaddler here and DD is out growing it fast. I get a stomach ache just thinking about making the transition. She is close to rolling over in it so I know I need to do it ASAP. But our earlier attempts did not go over well.

Yeah the infant seat is getting really heavy but it's so cold I just don't want to take her out of it yet!

Doing the football hold while nursing. I have just preferred it since day 1, and doing the traditional criss cross hold doesn't feel right to either of us. Her feet dangle off the chair during the football hold.

OP my LO loves the same position and is too big. Sad face. She grew out of her little napper that was on top of the PNP, I was using it for her at night time, now she sleeps in the bassinet part.She's almost grown out of the little sling that is inside her baby tub. I'm not ready for her to grow up! I keep joking that I'm going to turn around and she's going to ask for the keys.

@FutureMrs07282012 can your baby sit up pretty well (while supported)? The other day I nursed on the couch with DS sitting next to me but facing me and he loved it. It's the same angle for him as a football hold except that he's more upright.

My baby is younger than most on here, but it does make me sad that he doesn't fit into his little tiny clothes anymore. And he wiggles halfway out of this swing so I haven't been putting him in that. He's been too big for the vibrating chair for a long time, but he really likes his jumperoo so it was sort of like a fun trade off. I miss being able to set him on the couch/bed and not worry about him rolling off!

He's still fine in his baby bathtub but I am really looking forward to using the big tub! Although for the first time I wish we had a curtain instead of a door. That's going to be annoying.

He is getting too big to bath in the sink. We just took the doors off out shower and put up a curtain so I'm looking forward to transitioning him into the big bathtub.

He is getting SO heavy to carry in his infant seat. My arm goes numb carrying him from the car to the house. Ridiculous.

He outgrew his baby tuxedo outfit. It was super cute and now I'm sad.

I made DH take the doors off while I was still pregnant. Such a pain in the ass with doors. We still have the tracks there and the doors are in our spare room. I put a curtain up so it's presentable. I lay the bathroom rug over the tracks so my elbows and forearms don't hurt. I also fold over the other rug and use it as a knee pad. Food for thought.

Hmm, maybe we'll do that! I prefer a curtain anyway. I'm sure my H could take the doors off quite easily, and we have a super cute shower curtain from our last place. Thanks, good idea!

He is getting too big for his changing table! If I don't put him at the very top end of the changing pad his little feet hit the wood off the end of it.
