AW/ confused Update**

Disclaimer: I'm mobile so sorry in advance for the format.

So we went to the ER because my youngest fell off the swing at the park and hit her head. Her eyes rolled back and she acted as if she was going to have a seizure. The hospital was down the road so once I felt we didn't need an ambulance we took off. They did a CT and all is well. Thank God!

In the midst of this my midwife calls (a phone call I've been waiting for for my first appt) she is unsure when to bring me in and if I'm even pregnant! What the flying ..... So she says the positive UA and HPTs could be residual from my loss on Dec 1. That they do not know how far along I am because I haven't had a period since the loss. I explained I chart yada yada yada. I also had blood drawn twice to measure my HCG with the loss and it was 11 the first day 5 the next so idk how there could be residual. Anyways it's a complete mind fuck! I'm supposed to go in for blood work tomorrow afternoon to see what's going on for sure. Oh and I asked my PCM to give me a blood test because of the mc. Either way based on Dec 1 as Lmp and ovulation of Dec 16 my due date is still sept 7/8 and puts me at 7+1! Omg why do they have to do this to me! Im so freaking frustrated.

Update****

I went in for blood work this morning. I had to wait for an hour (blah) it came back positive and that it was going to take another hour to get the rest of the numbers. She let me leave so I could pick up my daughter from school and wait for her call for ultrasound because they were super busy. I finally got the call to go back. She didn't have the exact numbers when she called me back. grr...but she said it was over 25K which was good. Ultrasound showed that I am just a week less than I thought measuring at 6 weeks 2 days instead of 7+2.

So the good news is we ARE pregnant! The great news is I got to see the little rice grain and the heartbeat flutter! She got a couple different readings on the BPM but they were all over 100! Yay!! Definitely feel better and have more peace of mind!

Glad your LO is ok too. That is confusing. I had residual HCG from my miscarriage and it was a mindfuck, but I was bleeding the whole time too. I hope your test results come back positive!

Thanks guys! @MorganElise511 I know and you'd think a midwife of all people would be like ok cool! I'm ask pissed at my PCM for not doing blood work to confirm bc if cost too much! Uhm thanks I just had a MC I don't care about your cost I need peace of mind!

Yikes, that is a rough day.. glad your kid seems to be ok, and I hope all turns out well with the bloodwork!

@trawas01 I was thinking that last night myself. You all are geniuses!

Update....my midwife couldn't get the bloodiest ordered up here so she got my PCM to do it and now after the blood work she wants an ultrasound. So I should know something by noon either way. I'm crossing every part of my body that we can at least see the heartbeat flutter but I'm really hoping to hear it!

Ive got the blood work done. They said it will be an hour so now I have to wait in the office.

Praying it will all be worth it and I can see my bean!

Omg forever long. I only got the results from the first hour which was positive but she didn't give me the numbers. They were still waiting on more numbers and the ultrasound tech to call back with when I could go in. So def pregnant just not for sure how far along yet.
