Zulilly has cute stuff, but you can't return any of it. I did receive a defective onesie (paint smudge??) and they told me to keep it, refunded the purchase price, and have me a $10 credit.
I've also been checking out clearance racks to stock up. I went to old navy today to get some cheap tanks so I quit stretching out my expensive ones and I found a bunch of cute dresses for $1.50 and onesies for $2. Can't beat that.
Now is a good time to hit the clearance racks. Also, consignment stores have good deals on basics- particularly those footy sleepers that they wear early on but outgrow fast. Oh and if you time it right with a coupon/kohls cash, you can get some great deals on Carter's clothes at kohls.
I shop clearance racks at Gymboree, Carters, JcPenney, Gap and Children's Place. I never spend more than $10 for an item. I shop ahead of season too. So I stock up on summer stuff at the end of the season, etc.
Target esp for onesies, Gap clearance, and ditto the Kohl's! They have amazing sales! And consignment stores rock. Most of what I buy there still has the original tags, so never worn, and I get brands I otherwise wouldn't spring for. Oh, and places like Marshall's and TJMaxx sometimes, though it's hit or miss.
I don't buy clothes online. I always want to feel fabric, see if it has buttons vs snaps, etc. do I'm no help there!
95% of our stuff is gap, gymboree, carters and old navy. I tried to stock up with dd#1 and it was a crapshoot for me. She ended up being a long and lean baby. Gymboree stuff is great quality and washes so well but runs short. Gap is great but runs bigger, Carter's doesn't wash well in my opinion and we seem to outgrow it so quickly in length.
They have some huge consignment sales near me. I follow them on FB. At first, I wasn't real keen on the idea of buying clothes second hand..but you can get the gap and gymboree items at a steal
Re: What stores and or online sites sell cute baby clothes at a decent price!
