wrist pains

in November 2012 Moms
my wrist is on fire!!!!  I think its from carrying her (most of he weight ends up on my wrist) anyone else?? think I might go get a wrist brace in addition to monitoring how I carry and pick up my growing lil girl....

    Oh no!! Not good :( I do find that when I carry her a lot much wrist and shoulder end up hurting (doesn't help that I screwed up my shoulder watching the NCAA national title game a couple weeks ago and the game this past Sunday, excessive celebration :) ) hope your wrist feels better!

    I have low back pain from lifting him. Not as much wrist pain. Clearly going to have to change the way I do things.
