Bedtime is 8, usually 11 hours of sleep. We used to just go with the flow and let him go to sleep whenever, but setting a bedtime has really helped ensure a quality night of sleep. Obvious FTM!
Here we shoot for 8 but seems like it's getting harder and harder to stick to and he takes a long time to fall asleep so it's more like 8:45/9:00 when he falls asleep. He wakes up about 6:30 on daycare days and more like 7:00 on the others. He always wakes up in the middle of the night when DD cries too so just worried he's not sleeping enough.
Bed time is 8:30 and we stick to it fairly well, but that definitely is not always when G goes to sleep. I am amazed at how long he can stay in his bed awake talking and whatnot. He stayed until 10 the other night. On school days we wake him up at 8, other days he sleeps til 8:30-9ish. He is horrible if he doesn't get enough sleep (
TTC#1 May 2009- July 2010 on our own with no luck
Started with RE in August 2010, dx with unexplained IF and then finally our 3rd IUI cycle using Follistim and Trigger resulted in our wonderful little man. Born 12/2/11
TTC#2 Never really prevented, but were careful early on as Dr. reccomended
Surprise BFP 12/16/13, started progesterone immediately as first numbers came back low, but betas were good. Progesterone wasnt enough. Natural MC 12/24/13.
We start bedtime routine around 7:30 and put her in bed by 8:30. She normally sleeps until 7am. She also naps (when she will actually fall asleep) for 1.5/2 hours in the afternoon.
Bedtime is between 7:30 and 8:00. She wakes up around 6:00 every day and always has, so 10ish hours of sleep. She naps for 2-3 hours every afternoon, so she's getting enough total sleep. I would love, love, love for her to sleep an hour later every morning, but I really don't think it's going to happen anytime soon.
Bedtime is 7:15 pm if I am home alone and 8pm if DH is home. She gets up around 630-7am. She occasionally wakes up easier but I don't get her up until 630am. Nap is anywhere from 0min-3hrs.

DS goes to bed around 8 or 8:30 and pretty much falls asleep within 15 minutes. He sleeps till 7:00 or 7:30 and takes a 2 hour nap during the day. When he doesn't take a nap which happens sometimes, he just gets an earlier bedtime and will pass out.
We aim for 8 or 9, depending on when/if he naps, but 9:30 isn't unusual for the actual time he is asleep by. He sleeps 11-12 hours at night. We have to be very, very careful these days about how long/when he naps, or he'll be up full of energy until 10 or later.

Man, this schedule sounds pretty much perfect!
Haha I think I jinxed myself, the past 3 days he hasn't been taking a nap. Hoping it's just a phase again since it happened before.
DS is usually in bed between 8-8:30, regardless of whether he naps or not. Lately it's been more not than nap, unfortunately. He usually sleeps between 11 and 12 hours overnight.
