LO was sick yesterday so I missed this post. Better late than never!

It was really good and fed 4 adults with some still left over.
2. I was going to roast some turkey and then do a sesame noodle recipe with the leftovers, but the turkey was ruined.
I am making a ham tomorrow, though, and I've never done that, so for now I think that counts.
3. Anchovies. Everyone says they really improve Italian food, but I just can't bring myself to buy them and try to figure them out.
I'm not sure what I'll be making the rest if the week. I'm going to the store after work tomorrow. I'm still looking for quick and easy.
And last week was the first week of my life that I cooked so really I avoid all ingredients haha
