UPDATED: Motherhood makes me feel incompetent a lot

I knew this would be hard going in but the last couple weeks are trying my standards. S has been sick off and on for about 6 weeks. Cold after cold. Then we had 5 days of severe diarrhea last week. He has had one normal poop in 8 day. He's been sleeping elevated for 3 days bc he got another cold and is waking himself up coughing. He won't go longer than 3 hours at night and usually he's up every 2. Today he choked on mucus and turned blue. He's not eating but otherwise playing as usual. He's been uber clingy for weeks. I have no idea what else to do. He's got a pedi appt today. We've been doing hylands baby cold stuff. I'm at my wits end. Work is chaos too. I feel like the pedi will think I'm crazy when he goes in and is seemingly okish. I just feel overwhelmed and incompetent at this parenting thing. Ok vent over

Update: LO has strep. Uncommon in kids under 2 but he's an overachiever. We are on antibiotics and hoping for the best. I feel strangely validated that it wasn't all into head.
