  My LO has re-developed a mild case as well. (One spot on head, looks like dry skin)..... My pedi told me to put some olive oil on it, then brush with a soft bristle brush and then wash..... I keep forgetting to do it (MOTY)..... Well, that and I am not really clear on what a soft bristle brush is? Anyone?!?!?!?

  Thanks ladies - although @chgibeau has an interesting point - my LO's is white - no smell etc. I swear it's just dry skin.

  Yeah, maddies is definitely more yellow than white. I tried the olive oil tonight, but geez, I must have put way too much because I seriously washed the kid's hair like 3 times and it still looks all wet and oily.
  
  I can only imagine what dear MIL will say when I drop off Maddie in the morning. Oh well.

  i did johnsons baby oil pre-bath and let it soak for a few minutes while he splashed in the tub to loosen it up then brushed against the grain with a soft bristle brush. only a few applications and it was all cleared up.

  I used Mustela Foam Shampoo when Allie had it. I washed her hair every night and it was completely cleared up in less than a week.

  daycare just informed me that LO has it again too.  I feel terrible that I hadn't noticed. UGH!  I will try your suggustions tonight.
