Also wanted to throw out there that have tried 2 recipes that I learned from this thread: Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala! Orange Chicken is up next. I don't remember who posted these recipes but thanks ladies!

Monday- leftovers from our football party Tuesday- ranch pork chops and mashed potatoes Wednesday- zucchini quiche and rice Thursday- ravioli and salad Friday- grilled cheese and soup Saturday- subs Sunday- pulled pork
Sunday: Hubby wanted Cheesy Hashbrowns with Ham in it for his birthday dinner so I made that.
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: Roasted Cauliflower and White Cheddar Soup
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Beef & Cheddar Casserole
Friday: Probably Leftovers
Saturday: I want to try Garlic Spaghetti
I've learned my lesson on making too much during the week and not eating leftovers so I try to plan leftovers for nights we have something going on and not a lot of time to cook anyway. Plus until last week, I wasn't able to eat leftovers without being grossed out for some reason! You girls are such an inspiration to keep me cooking! I've been so lazy and planning out meals has really helped So thank you!
Monday- Yellow rice topped with Pico de Gallo, guacamole, and corn tortillas tacos (chicken and steak) Tuesday- Fend. Wednesday- Stuffed Meatloaf, and veggies, and a starch for DH & kids. Thursday- Pulled pork sandwiches, and fries. (Salad for me). Friday- Steak, Salad, and probably baked potatoes for dh and kids. Saturday- Fend. Sunday- Chicken and dumplings for kids and DH, Chicken salad for me.
For the first time in over a month, I felt good enough to meal plan for a full week!
Monday - Chicken tacos with brown spanish rice and black beans Tuesday - Homemade pizza with vegetables and turkey pepperoni Wednesday - Chicken in basil cream sauce with brown rice and asparagus Thursday - Slow cooker pulled pork, parmesan roasted potatoes and garlic green beans Friday - Pasta with spicy vodka sauce and italian sausage Saturday - dinner out for H's late birthday celebration Sunday - Oven fried buffalo chicken tenders, skinny mashed potatoes and sauteed peppers.
