    Hands down the best chocolate cake ever is Wacky cake (or crazy cake) depending on what you call it.  The following recipe is for an 8x8 inch cake.  You can double it for a 9x13 or if you wanted to do a two tier round cake.  It is super easy to make and virtually impossible to screw up!  Enjoy.

    I'm a little late here, but whatever cake recipe I use, I always dump in about 1/3 cup of leftover coffee from that morning...gives it a really rich flavor!

    We're weird in my house, we don't drink coffee (or tea)! most cakes do include some sort of coffee though, so it's definitely a popular ingredient. We'll try out the cake I made tonight and I'll share the recipe if it's good :)
