Exposed to H1N1

My local mom's group rented out a gymnastics center for our LOs to play together yesterday morning. DH was against it (b/c he's a total germ-a-phobe) but I convinced him it would be ok since I know these people and I was pretty sure the center would be more clean than any fast food playplace. We went. B had a blast!

Well, my friend texted me tonight and said that she and her 3 girls (who we spent the day with yesterday and last Wed) all have H1N1 (Swine) Flu! She apologized for exposing us and I just replied that I hope they feel better soon. I figure we could just as easily be exposed from germs on a grocery store cart or sitting near someone in a restaurant. DH says just about every coworker in his office is sneezing/coughing right now.

1. Either way, I'm not planning to mention it to DH unless LO starts showing symptoms. Would you?

2. I read 1 WebMD article that says H1N1 is covered in the Flu Shot and I article that says it's not... any insight?

3. I washed his hands before we left, gave him a bath when we got home. Don't think there's really anything else I can do, right?

I totally understand! My DH is a complete germ-a-phone as well! I wouldn't tell him it'll just freak him out for nothing. I think the new flu shots have H1N1 in them, the older ones do not they made a separate vaccine for it. Just keep him hydrated and I think he'll be fine! Hopefully neither of you get it!
