Mouth breathing

DD doesn't snore, but breathes loudly at night and her mouth is open. I notice during the day that I can sometimes hear her breathing and her mouth is slightly open. I know she can breathe through her nose because she uses a pacifier to fall asleep. Should I bring this up with her pedi? Is it bad that she is a mouth breather?
