Raw veggies, even with a little dip, are always a good choice. I recently bought the Special K cracker chips to keep at work and they're pretty good too. 80 calories for 18 chips which is plenty. Fruit, yogurt, hummus, or roasted chickpeas would be good too.
I'll be keeping my eye on this post since I could use a few more ideas too.

What kind of hummus i have never actually had it! Eat it with tortilla chips?
Oh, hummus is a wonderful thing! You have to try it. I buy it prepared from the grocery store (I hear it's easy to make but I've never tried) - roasted red pepper, garlic, lemon, and plain are the flavours I've had. And, yeah, you can eat it with tortilla chips, or crackers, or raw veggies. I use it as a spread on a sandwich/wrap sometimes too.

Not sure if you'd really consider them healthy, but I like to snack on animal crackers. 13 crackers = 100 calories. I am also a big fan of baby carrots and other raw veggies. But you got that covered. Wheat thins are good too. I always try to go with things that I can eat a decent amount of and still have a low calorie count.
I can't tell you any of my snack ideas without getting side-eyed, lol I completely changed my(and my Husband's) eating habits since watching Fat Head a couple years ago. I can tell you that it is NOT difficult to eat this way, and that we both feel excellent since changing things up. My Husband lost about 20 lbs after starting, and I weighed less than pre-pregnancy within 2 months after birth... Neither one of us work out(we're gamers, our butts LOVE the couch, haha) Anyways...
You kind of have to suffer through the first half of the movie to understand everything- it gets better at the end.
I meant to add, I don't feel hungry all the time like you guys are saying, while following his guidelines. If anyone gives me snacks, they will usually go stale here because I don't feel like munching on anything throughout the day(even cookies- and I LOVE cookies).
Lecture over, lol. Sorry about all that. I hope it helps someone

My favorite snack is the whole wheat pretzel nuggets filled with peanut butter from Trader Joe's. You get both fiber and protein, both of which keep you full longer. And I can just keep a bag in my desk, unlike anything perishable.
Re: Healthy easy snacks
Yum, now I want hummus...
and corn chips...

If you don't trust the link, you can find it on Hulu for free- but you will have to watch a LOT of commercials on Hulu
