Hi - I posted this in Breastfeeding, but no one seems to have noticed it, so I thought I would post it here as well to hopefully get more replies

I am hoping someone has had experience with this and can
help me! I used to pump 9-12 ounces every morning before work,
sometimes less if LO was feeding at night. I am a teacher, and just
came off a long 3.5 week break a couple weeks ago, but I still pumped
every morning and made a couple of bottles. Since I have returned to
work, I am only making 5-6 ounces each morning! And it takes a long
time to let down, and pump! I do not make up for it later in the day,
which leaves me tight for milk each day. Some other facts:
-LO is 8.5 months old, but 7 months adjusted.
-LO
is eating solids, but just two meals a day that are 1-2 ounces each
(she's not a fan). I have continued to pump the same, though.
-I
have two pumps, one at home and one at work. They are both Amedas, and
if something was wrong with the one at home (that I use in the am) I
would notice that I pump more at work, but I do not!
-I eat, drink, and do all of that other healthy stuff well, and have been.
-No new meds or antibiotics for me.
-LO did get a yeast infection at about the same time, but I cannot see any connection.
Thanks
for any help you ladies can offer! Overall, I used to get 25-30 ounces
each day. Now it is 20-25 and I added in a pumping session. I just
don't want to make myself crazy!

I've had a pumping slump lately too- I've added a short pump with my manual in the evenings and on weekends and that's helped. I use that pump to mix with her solids.
