Officially a SAHM !

Went to visit my Dr today after my visit to the ER this thurs/fri and THANK GOD the ultrasound results came back completely normal. No tears and no injury to baby (car accident on Thursday).
Since DS was born from HELLP syndrome and I already suffer from a major anxiety disorder which is minimally medicated by a specialist, my Dr recommended for me to go on sick leave until maternity leave.
I am partially relieved to cut out some major stress in my life since I work on call. Every morning at 5 am I get sent to a new location that can be up to an hour away from my house and I never know where or when Ill be working. I just hope that this can help my nerves a bit and get life for all of us back to normal ! Come on baby no HELLP this time around !!!

    Yay!!  Here's hoping it relieves your stress and I'm incredibly jealous that you get to stay home :)

    Thanks everyone ! My body is sore but my mind is relieved hearing my OB say everything looks good and normal :) Cant wait to hold this little one safe and sound some day !!

    @jewels1199. I'm glad you got good news and have fun being a SAHM. I completely understand your anxiety over HELLP syndrome. I also developed HELLP in my first pregnancy and wen on to have a completely healthy, uncomplicated second pregnancy.

    Here is hoping for healthy, uncomplicated pregnancies for both of us! *Hugs*

    I'm a work at home mom and always feel so jealous when I think about the freedom I would have as a real stay at home mom. Enjoy it!!!!

    @justme04 Another HELLP mama ! We are few and hard to find !! Wishing you all the best in this PG. Its just such a scary thing to go through, Id never wish it on anyone !

    @EITrain5 No I wont be going back right after LO is born. We get 1 year mat leave and then Ill make my decision. But with 2 babies and an on call only job I can only imagine how chaotic that would be.
