An actual intro this time (2nd tri loss mentioned)

I posted a few weeks ago but I think I'm in a good place now to do a formal intro. I'll probably just hang out on the TTA and Ladies in Waiting Check in's for awhile but I'd like to come over if you'd all have me??

Anywho.... you can see in my siggy we've had a lot of trouble getting our Jack. We lost him 4 weeks ago today. He was diagnosed with Dandy Walker 5 weeks ago today and within a week I quickIy developed preeclampsia /HELLP and had to deliver him at 20w1d. We're not sure if it was the DW that caused the Pre-e or if it was just coincidence. Still waiting for his autopsy results. Not only was it already the saddest day of my life but I had to spend Xmas in the hospital. Total suckage.

DH and I started seeing a grief counselor and we've been doing really good with her so far. He was immediately anxious to start trying again once I was physically recovered....we've since had a heart to heart and have agreed to take it slow. We'll start getting our ducks in a row now and hopefully start trying again after Jack's EDD (which happens to be Mothers Day this year....ugh). We're going to get genetic testing done, depending on the results we may do another fresh IVF cycle to use with our frozen embryos and PGD them. Plus I'm trying to get in with an MFM that specializes in a lot of the issues we had, but he's booked for months as it is. To kick off trying again, in May, we're running a 5k and fundraising for preeclampsia. I feel that is a good way to honor my son.
