Best double stroller for a 3 year old and a newborn

I'm not sure if there was a thread started about this already and if there was I couldn't find it.  Anyways, I'm starting to research double strollers.  It'll be used for exercising mostly (walking, not running).  My son will be 3 when DD is born.  What are your thoughts on the sit n stands?  I'm open to all recommendations.  Thank you!

    I only have one now but I have been trying A LOT out in the stores since I found out I was pregnant. I've never looked into the sit n stand bc I don't want my LO having the freedom to hop down whenever he wants (especially bc he's only going to be 22 months).

    However, I have been doing a lot of research on sided by side vs tandem and it is night and day with maneuverability. Side by sides are so easy to push and turn compared to tandem. We will be getting the Britax B Agiledouble bbecause it will fit the Chicco infant seat.

    @bebemac not looking to spend a fortune because I won't be using it all of the time.  Max $250.

    We're getting the b agile double to use with the twins and DD.

    ETA: they are about $330 on amazon right now

    My budget it also around 250.00 and I'll mostly be using it for the same thing. Going on walks, trips to the zoo/mall, etc. My only concern is the plastic tires. Our stroller right now is an actual jogger and has real rubber tires. I'm mostly concerned about smoothness of the ride and how long they will last.

    for a 3 year old id do a sit n stand. actually that is what I'm doing.
