DD is a cranky, grumpy girl, always has been. DH has nicknamed her bear cub because she goes from smiling to screaming in a second and you never know what you are going to get.
The trade off is that she has always been an OK sleeper and she LOVES to eat. Solids has been such a breeze so far. I'm so thankful for that.
My child's biggest fault is that he is too hard on himself, He holds himself to incredibly high standards and gets very upset if he cannot meet a goal.
His greatest attribute has to be his selflessness towards others coupled with his ability to work in a group environment.
Overall, he would be a great addition to your company and you will not be disappointed should you decide to bring him on.
Least desirable: pulls hair, wants to touch all the things he shouldn't (laptop cord, iPhone, etc.)
Awesome: good little eater, sleeps decently and has even started going down for naps when we put him down drowsy, cutest little smile and eyes, pretty mellow
DS refuses to sleep longer then 2 hours (if that) at night and 30min for naps.
He's sooo happy 95% of the time. As my brother put it, he just looks like he wants you to make him laugh all the time.

He is into everything! I'm scared to turn my back to get his food because in any room he can find something to pull himself up to standing ... and then fall. And then I feel like the crappiest mom!
He is sooo smiley and happy and loves other people especially babies/toddlers!
Less desirable: She has the double bags under her eyes just like my husband, she is pretty fickle, but its getting better and for some reason she cannot stand my mother.
Desirable: She has a wonderful smile and laugh, solids and nursing have been a breeze, she just adores her older brother, she loves to watch football and horse racing with her father.
DD is a spoiled brat. It's my fault and it's biting me on the ass. Can't stand up. Tantrum. Don't put food in her mouth fast enough. Tantrum. Don't look at her whole while she's in the jumparoo. Tantrum. It's a long list.
The good however is she's a cuddler and I love it. We bed share in the first thing she does when she wakes up is crawl into my lap for snuggles. Melts my heart
She hates to be left alone to play. So if I put her down on the floor to play I better be sitting beside her or she is not happy! Makes it difficult to get anything done. Oh yeah and I hate that she gives away her kisses to grandma (MIL) and doesnt just save them for her parents (mostly me)
She is super cuddly, loves to give kisses, I love hearing her chat away especially in the car, great eater and sleeper. She is also the happiest little girl around you can always get huge smiles and really cute giggles out of her!
She likes to claw me to death while nursing with her fingernails that, no matter what I do, remain sharp. And the fact that she spits up a TON.
But she's a great sleeper. We've had our moments but she's a dream sleeper now and will even sleep through our dog barking just a couple feet from her crib. And she's such a happy baby. She really only cries when she is getting tired or hungry.
Less desirable: huge seperation anxiety right now...even daddy won't cut it
More desirable: such a happy, mellow little guy full of smiles and loves to play with big brother. Watching those two start to build a friendship melts my heart!!!
Less desirable: very clingy to mom, doesn't like anyone else to hold her but me! She also doesn't do any playing alone. I always have to be interacting with her. Desirable: Momma's girl, it would be nice to have a break but she is a little lovey girl. I know soon enough hanging out with mom will be so not cool!
Less desireable: she pinches my mommy flab while nursing which is a constant reminder of that last 10 lbs that need to go.
Desireable: she has the sweetest temperament and looooves closeness/cuddles. I also love how she gazes curiously and intently at new things and people.
Tough: She has a serious fear of "strangers" (read: anyone other than mom and dad) and still spits up constantly.
Amazing: She is a world champion snuggler, very alert and curious, and eats everything we put in front of her. Sometimes she tastes something, makes a completely disgusted face, and then just shovels some more in her mouth--it's ridiculously funny.
Least desirable: Lily is so persistent. She refuses to leave anything alone, even after I try everything in the book to get her to. She wants the fire place brush, daddy's computer, the dog's chew bone. Just everything and she will go back to it after I pull her away. She also throws a tantrum every time I move her.
Best: She is persistent and stubborn. Nobody is going to push her around in the future and she will stick up for herself. Oh, and she's cute when she cries.
Less desirable: the hair at the back of my neck has become his handle when I carry him around. It hurts! Also we are still working on the sleeping thing, although it's getting better.
Amazing: Everything else. He is such a sweet, happy, cuddly boy. He makes everyone who sees him smile. He's a great eater and loves to play.
Re: Come complain and brag
But he makes up for it by being a little comedian who also happens to be a mommas boy

Desirable: you have never met a more smiley baby. He is constantly looking like he is laughing at the punch line of his own joke. Love

Most desirable: eats solids like a champ, sleeps pretty well as night and loves being out and about.
Amazing: she is the easiest baby. I got really lucky! She sleeps through the night, doesn't really cry, is a generally happy baby.
The good... She sleeps ALL THE TIME. And since I work 3rd shift it makes her daddy's life really easy and mine not nearly as bad as it could be.
The bad... She refuses to take a bottle. It would be nice to have a little break but noooo. She doesn't want any nipple in her mouth that isn't mine.
The ugly... There is none. She's super cute and can get away with about anything because of it.
Best: She is persistent and stubborn. Nobody is going to push her around in the future and she will stick up for herself. Oh, and she's cute when she cries.
