Any hospitals with water births?

I'm having a hard time finding any and getting very discouraged that there isn't a single hospital in eastern PA or Western NJ with water births? Everybody out west is doing this! I know a lot of women want this too! I'm against the home birth or birthing center because a friend bled out with her first child and if she was at home or a birthing center she and or baby could have died. There would have not been enough time to go to a hospital. If anybody knows of any please let me know! I live just north of lambertville/new hope. Thanks!
