Am I being paranoid? Wondering what is going on!

Hello. I posted a few days ago about DD's meltdowns at nursing time and how I felt she was drinking less. I went to the doctor, she has a slight runny nose and a cough but its not in her chest. Ears were also infection free. Now today, she has given me one almost 5 hour gap between feeds and slept a bit. What is freaking me out is her nappies are not as full as they used to be. She woke up with a heavy diaper and poop. She had one more heavyish diaper and then its been just slightly peed diapers since then. I don't want to run off to the doc and call him cause I just went to him and he told me she is just fine. Her fontanel seems to be fine and when she is up she is alert and interactive. Slightly irritable but not alarmingly so. This is just a WWYD post. I will take her straight in tomorrow if she continues to pee less. Oh, she is 4 months old.

    I always say call Dr. For advice but wait till office hours if not an emergency. Also, my lo has been sick and was eating less. I just offer more frequently. He won't eat a lot but it has helped with the wet diapers.
