Anyone a Seventh Generation fan?

I use all of their products for DS. We looooove the non-bleached, non-chlorine, chemical free brown diapers. They are comfortable and affordable. Does anyone else use these diapers?

Re: Anyone a Seventh Generation fan?

  • I don't use the diapers but I'm a fan of the dish soap. Currently I use Honest diapers and products and I'm happy with them. Here's the link if you want more info!

  • I love Seventh Gen dish soap and dishwasher pods. Never tried the diapers. I like Earth's Best, Bambo Nature, and Honest diapers.

  • If I remember correctly, seventh gen diapers didn't score too well in absorbency tests.

  • I like the Nurtured by Nature diapers a lot.  They are very absorbent and gentle on my daughter's skin.
  • a friend of mine who owns an echo store told me. She has done extensive research on it. She said honest co and naty are the best. I can't get either up here so I use seventh Gen. Lo wears them all night with no problem. If he is up to nurse more than twice I change him though.

  • I love the 7th gen dish soap, wipes and diapers.  we use the diapers overnight.  we have leaks but my son is apparently a heavy wetter is what I am beginning to learn.

Some mommies have told me that they double up over night. Say your LO is a size , they put size 4 first then size 5 over to catchleaks. Haven't tried it but heard it works great

    Also sounds expensive!

  • Could you put a Thirsties cover over instead? Inwoukdnthunkmthdt might help,
It would be less expensive and less wasteful.

  • We tried their diapers as a disposable option (we CD) and they didn't fit LO right and had lots of leaks.  Luckily, we've only ever needed disposables once on a long road trip, and unfortunately we went with Pampers after having a not-so-great experience with 7th gen.  I do love 7th gen wipes though!

I've done this before. It works well.
