Lately, it seems like I'm always a little irritated down there, and I don't know why. I switched up my panty liner brand, but it's still un scented. No weird materials, no scents, etc. I went back to my old ones and I still have the issue. I have more discharge this trimester, so I really don't want to wear nothing, but it feels almost like it's getting raw...and it's no fun! No weird colored discharge or odor going on. I use my typical feminine wash, which has always worked. Haven't changed detergent. Any ideas of what could be the issue? I have an appt the 29th to get the B strep test.

Just change your underwear a couple times a day, you'll be much better off.
Do you shave or wax completely? You might try some Destin or A&D ointment. It's the same stuff for diaper rash, but can provide skin protecting.
Also, at night try to go commando. The more your vulva & surrounding skin have air circulation the better.
