Cold medicine

Well it finally happened...I've been trying my best to stay healthy all cold/flu season but of course my first week back to work I get a cold. I know that Tylenol and Advil are supposed to be safe but what about Tylenol cold? I thought I read to avoid combo medications...I searched on Kellymom but not finding what Im looking for. TIA!
