Contractions after sex?

So i am 28 weeks and sorry this may be TMI but hubby and i had sex last night and after we were done i had about 10 braxton hicks with in a 30 min time span. Not really painful just uncomfortable. Is this normal? Lol. And i hve been having them allll day long ever since. Someone please tell me this is normal.
